Key Responsibilities
1. Manage the daily operations of Horizon to ensure smooth and efficient service.
2. Deliver exceptional guest experiences and promptly resolve guest feedback or complaints.
3. Monitor outlet performance and achieve revenue, cost control, and profitability targets.
4. Lead, train, motivate, and supervise outlet associates.
5. Prepare staff schedules and ensure adequate manpower coverage.
6. Ensure compliance with hotel policies, food safety, hygiene, and health & safety standards.
7. Monitor inventory, stock levels, and outlet assets to minimize wastage and losses.
8. Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
9. Support promotional activities and initiatives to drive outlet revenue.
10. Prepare operational reports and perform other duties assigned by Management.

Working Conditions
1. Based in a restaurant/lounge environment within the hotel.
2. Required to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays.
3. May be required to work extended hours during peak periods, events, and special functions.
4. Frequent standing, walking, and interaction with guests and team members.

11. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and Point-of-Sale (POS) systems.
12. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
13. Strong attention to detail and commitment to service excellence.
14. Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

1. Diploma or Degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Management, or related field.
2. Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Food & Beverage operations, including supervisory or management experience.
3. Strong leadership, communication, and customer service skills.
4. Good knowledge of restaurant operations, cost control, and food safety practices.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
