  • Job Summary
    A Service Associate is responsible for providing excellent customer service to guests by ensuring smooth food and beverage operations, maintaining cleanliness, and creating a pleasant dining experience.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Welcome and greet guests professionally.
    2. Present menu and explain food & beverage items.
    3. Take guest orders accurately and efficiently.
    4. Serve food and beverages according to service standards.
    5. Ensure guest satisfaction during dining experience.
    6. Handle guest requests and complaints politely.
    7. Prepare tables before and after service.
    8. Maintain cleanliness of dining and service areas.
    9. Assist in cashiering and billing when required.
    10. Follow hygiene, safety, and company SOP standards.
    11. Support teamwork and daily outlet operations.
 Skill Requirement
  • Job Requirements
    1. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
    2. Positive attitude and customer-oriented mindset.
    3. Able to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    4. Basic knowledge of food & beverage service is an advantage.
    5. Ability to communicate in Mandarin.

 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Educational/Qualification Requirement:
