 Job Description
  • Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily front office operations, guest communications, check-ins/outs, and issue resolution.
  • Act as the main escalation point for guest concerns, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
  • Ensure all guest communications via OTA platforms, WhatsApp, email, and calls are responded to in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews, and feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary, including reports and operational performance.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping and conduct room inspection to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and well-maintained.
  • Coordinate with in-house maintenance teams and external contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensure maintenance issues are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.
  • Supervise staff, provide on-the-job guidance, enforce SOPs, and maintain service, safety, and discipline standards.

  • Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage.

    Working Conditions
  • Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays
  • On-call support when required

    Job scope may be adjusted based on operational needs.
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Qualifications & Experience
  • Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
  • 2–4 years' experience in hotel, service residence, or Airbnb operations
  • Experience with housekeeping and maintenance coordination is an advantage.
