Job Description
Job Summary
The F&B Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the daily food and beverage service operations to ensure excellent customer service, smooth operations, staff performance, hygiene standards, and achievement of sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Operations
2. Supervise daily restaurant, café, bar, or banquet operations.
3. Ensure service standards and SOPs are followed at all times.
4. Monitor cleanliness, hygiene, and safety standards.
5. Handle guest complaints professionally and efficiently.
6. Ensure proper table setup and service sequence.
7. Staff Management
8. Supervise and guide service staff during shifts.
9. Prepare staff duty roster and attendance monitoring.
10. Conduct on-the-job training and coaching.
11. Ensure staff grooming and discipline standards are maintained.
12. Motivate team members to achieve service excellence.
Customer Service:
1. Welcome and interact with guests professionally.
2. Ensure guests receive prompt and friendly service.
3. Build good customer relationships and handle feedback positively.
Sales & Cost Control:
1. Monitor daily sales performance.
2. Promote upselling and suggestive selling.
3. Control operating costs and minimize wastage.
4. Assist in inventory and stock control.
Administration:
1. Prepare daily reports and shift handover reports.
2. Coordinate with kitchen and other departments.
3. Ensure cash handling procedures are followed properly.
Skill Requirement
Requirements:
1. Diploma or Certificate in Hospitality/F&B Management preferred.
2. Minimum 1–3 years' experience in F&B operations.
3. Good leadership and communication skills.
4. Ability to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
5. Knowledge of POS systems and basic computer skills.
6. Strong problem-solving and customer service skills.
7. Ability to communicate in Mandarin.

Qualication / Certification Requirement
Educational/Qualification Requirement:
