 Job Description
  • Position Summary
    A Paymaster Executive is responsible for managing and processing employee payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with company policies and statutory requirements.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. Payroll Processing:
    Prepare and process monthly payroll for employees
    Calculate wages, overtime, bonuses, commissions, and deductions
    Ensure accurate submission within deadlines

    2. Statutory Compliance:
    Handle statutory contributions (e.g., EPF, SOCSO, PCB, EIS in Malaysia)
    Ensure compliance with local labor laws and tax regulations
    Submit statutory reports to relevant authorities

    3. Data Management:
    Maintain employee payroll records and databases
    Update employee information such as salary changes, allowances, or deductions
    Ensure confidentiality and accuracy of payroll data

    4. Reporting & Reconciliation:
    Prepare payroll reports for management
    Reconcile payroll accounts and resolve discrepancies
    Assist in audits related to payroll

    5. Employee Support:
    Respond to employee payroll queries
    Provide clarification on payslips, deductions, and benefits

    6. System Administration:
    Use payroll software or HR systems effectively
    Improve payroll processes and ensure system accuracy
 Skill Requirement
  • Skills & Competencies
    1. Strong knowledge of payroll processes and labor laws
    2. Familiarity with Malaysian statutory requirements (EPF, SOCSO, PCB, etc.)
    3. Good numerical and analytical skills
    4. High attention to detail and accuracy
    5. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and payroll systems
    6. Good communication and interpersonal skills

 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • Qualifications & Requirements:

    1. Education
    Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in:
    a. Human Resources
    b. Accounting
    c. Finance
    d. Business Administration or related field

    2. Experience:
    a. 1–3 years of experience in payroll or HR operations (for executive level)
    b. Experience handling full-cycle payroll is an advantage
