Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily front office operations, guest communications, check-ins/outs, and issue resolution.
Act as the main escalation point for guest concerns, complaints, and special requests, ensuring prompt and professional resolution.
Ensure all guest communications via OTA platforms, WhatsApp, email, and calls are responded to in a timely and courteous manner.
Monitor guest satisfaction, reviews, and feedback, and implement corrective actions where necessary, including reports and operational performance.
Coordinate with housekeeping and conduct room inspection to ensure rooms are clean, ready, and well-maintained.
Coordinate with in-house maintenance teams and external contractors for repairs, preventive maintenance, and ensure maintenance issues are logged, tracked, and resolved within agreed timelines.
Supervise staff, provide on-the-job guidance, enforce SOPs, and maintain service, safety, and discipline standards.

Skills & Competencies
Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
Organized, guest-focused, and able to multitask
Familiar with Airbnb/OTA platforms
Other Requirements
Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Professional, responsible, and reliable
Proficiency in Chinese language will be an advantage.
Working Conditions
Shift-based work including weekends and public holidays
On-call support when required
Job scope may be adjusted based on operational needs.
Qualication / Certification Requirement
Qualifications & Experience
Diploma/Degree in Hospitality or related field preferred
2–4 years' experience in hotel, service residence, or Airbnb operations
Experience with housekeeping and maintenance coordination is an advantage.
