  • About the Role
    Sutera Harbour Group is seeking a commercially astute and results-oriented Sales Manager to drive Corporate and Association business across its portfolio, including Sutera Harbour Resort and Sutera@Mantanani. This role is suited for a confident sales professional with strong market knowledge, capable of building high-value corporate relationships, securing new business, and maximizing total revenue across rooms, meetings, banqueting, golf, and F&B offerings within a diversified resort environment.

    Key Responsibilities
    The Sales Manager plays a key role in shaping and driving Corporate and Association business performance across the resort portfolio, with accountability for sustainable revenue growth and long-term account value. The position focuses on developing high-impact corporate relationships, leading commercial strategy and negotiations, and optimizing total revenue across accommodation, meetings, banqueting, golf, and F&B. Working in close partnership with internal stakeholders and sales offices, the Sales Manager provides market insight, commercial direction, and disciplined forecasting to support informed decision-making and achieve revenue objectives.

  • Requirements
    • Strong understanding of room, meeting, banqueting, and resort product selling
    • Proven track record in new business development and account growth
    • Experience with CRM systems
    • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
    • Self-motivated, commercially driven, and comfortable operating in a results-focused environment
 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • • Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Business, Marketing, or related field
    • Minimum 3 years’ experience in hotel Corporate or Group Sales
