 Job Description
  • We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Service Associate (Receptionist) to join our Magellan Club team. This role combines front office and food & beverage responsibilities, ensuring a seamless and luxurious guest experience. The ideal candidate will be passionate about hospitality, possess excellent communication skills, and thrive in a dynamic environment.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Front Office Duties:
    1. Welcome and check-in guests with warmth and professionalism.
    2. Provide personalized service and assist with special requests.
    3. Handle reservations, inquiries, and guest concerns efficiently.
    4. Maintain accurate billing and cashiering transactions.
    5. Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments to ensure room readiness and guest satisfaction.

    • Food & Beverage Duties:
    1. Assist in food and beverage service at the Magellan Club Lounge.
    2. Ensure buffet setup, replenishment, and cleanliness are maintained.
    3. Take and serve orders with efficiency and attentiveness.
    4. Engage with guests to provide recommendations and enhance their dining experience.
    5. Uphold hygiene and safety standards in F&B service areas.
 Skill Requirement
  • Requirements:
    • Minimum 1 year experience in front office or F&B service (hotel experience preferred).
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
    • Proficiency in English & Mandarin; knowledge of additional languages is an advantage.
    • Strong multitasking abilities with a guest-first attitude.
    • Willingness to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
    • Familiarity with hotel property management systems (e.g., Opera) is a plus.

 Qualication / Certification Requirement
  • 1. Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification
    2. Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Tourism or equivalent
